Local Pickup: For customers near our Denver location (4698 North Elati Way, Denver, CO 80216), free local pickup is available. You’ll receive an email notification when your order is ready, typically within 24 hours of purchase.
Delivery Tracking
Once your order ships, we’ll send a confirmation email with a unique tracking number and a link to our logistics partner’s website. You can also track your order by logging into your ILONNT account and navigating to “Order History.”
Important Notes
Delivery times exclude weekends and U.S. federal holidays (e.g., Thanksgiving, Christmas).
We cannot deliver to P.O. boxes for certain oversized items—please use a physical address at checkout if prompted.
