Delivery Options (U.S. Only)

  • Standard Delivery: Available for all orders, with a delivery window of 3-7 business days. This service includes tracking, so you can monitor your package’s progress. No minimum order value is required, and rates are calculated at checkout based on your location.
  • Express Delivery: Get your order faster with 1-3 business day delivery. Ideal for time-sensitive purchases, this service includes priority handling and tracking. Additional fees apply, and availability may vary by location (e.g., remote areas).
  • Local Pickup: For customers near our Denver location (4698 North Elati Way, Denver, CO 80216), free local pickup is available. You’ll receive an email notification when your order is ready, typically within 24 hours of purchase.

Delivery Tracking

Once your order ships, we’ll send a confirmation email with a unique tracking number and a link to our logistics partner’s website. You can also track your order by logging into your ILONNT account and navigating to “Order History.”

Important Notes

  • Delivery times exclude weekends and U.S. federal holidays (e.g., Thanksgiving, Christmas).
  • We cannot deliver to P.O. boxes for certain oversized items—please use a physical address at checkout if prompted.
  • For international shipping (where available), delivery times range from 7-14 business days, and customs duties/taxes may apply (paid by the recipient).
